The Vet Connect is PawPots’ pet telehealth service. It connects customers with our team of trusted vet pals, which consists of certified veterinarians and veterinary technicians for dogs and cats.
Our licensed veterinarians can answer a variety of questions through our online platform. These inquiries range from behavioral advice to illnesses, wellness concerns and nutrition consultations.
The Vet Connect team can help you understand the urgency of your pet's situation and advise you when an in-person consultation or emergency care is required.
If your pet is experiencing life-threatening symptoms, take them to the nearest veterinary clinic right away.
To begin, click the "Vet Connect" button in our navigation bar to schedule a video call with one of our vets. Video Calls are scheduled in advance, so you can choose the best date and time for you. Same-day appointments are usually available, but you can schedule a video call up to 1 month in advance. All video appointments last 20 minutes. You'll be able to see and speak with the veterinarian or veterinary technician, as well as show your pet on camera.
Currently, Vet Connect is free for all PawPots customers.
To know when the vets are available for an appointment, simply head over to our vet connect page and look through the available time slots marked in green.
Vet Connect veterinarians are unable to prescribe medication for your pet over the video call. On the other hand, they can suggest a non-prescription medication if your pet has a simple case that does not require an in-person medical exam.
Our team of vets specializes in Cats and Dogs.
Vet Connect is not a replacement for your local veterinarian, and in some cases, physical vet care is required. Vet Connect is available for everything else. You'll save time by not having to travel and wait for your physical appointment, and your pet would also prevent the stress of a clinic visit.
